1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • We accept payments through DuitNow, Touch n Go, Bank Transfer.

  • Prices are in MYR and inclusive of sales tax (if applicable).


2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are available for selected products.

  • Payment for pre-orders will be charged at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout but may vary due to supplier availability.

  • If a pre-order is canceled, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to Malaysia & International (shipping fees subject to quote).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.


5. Product Use

  • Our products are designed for sensitive skin but may not suit everyone.

  • Perform a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.


6. Privacy

  • Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

  • 运费将在结账时计算。


4. 退货与退款

  • 我们接受在收到商品后[如7天]内退回有缺陷或错误的商品。

  • 商品必须未开封且包装完好。

  • 退款将在收到退货后7天内处理。
