At My Happiness Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, follow these steps to request a refund:
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Step 2: Contact Us
Email us at myhappinessstoremy@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
Attach photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
Step 3: Return the Product
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
We can arrange the shipping from your Malaysia address, please check with us.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.
Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
