At My Happiness Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, follow these steps to request a refund:


Step 1: Check Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for defective or incorrect items.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.


Step 2: Contact Us

  • Email us at myhappinessstoremy@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Attach photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).


Step 3: Return the Product

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address.

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  • We can arrange the shipping from your Malaysia address, please check with us.


Step 4: Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.


Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
